Well if i have this straight apparently Sidney Poitier pens letters to great-granddaughter in his new book and talks about his marriages to Juanita POiter and also joanna shimkus who he was with in the 70s from what I have read. I am not sure how this is so important for people to know, but I guess for those that are in love with this actor, or who remember him in many of his movies, they will want to buy this and read it.
