Warren G Harding has been in the news a bit lately as Obama tries to hold the lead and take over presidency. What this means is that Obama won't be the first president of the United States. How can that be you ask? Well it looks like a man by the name of Warren G Harding was a president around the year 1920 and is believed to have been of African American decent.
Warren G Harding mothers race is unknown, but his father was actually mixed race and was part African American. This doesn't make Warren G Harding immediately African American, but he did have it in his blood and thus many say that Obama isn't the first because of this. But as far as skin tone is concerned, I don't think we have ever seen a truly dark president. Does it really matter. Not really. I could care less who is president. Black, White, Asian or Hispanic... What difference does it make.
